General Terms

1. Booking

The booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. The guest will receive a confirmation email with the details of the stay.

2. Payment

• Deposit: 30% upon booking
• Balance: at check-in
• Accepted methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Cash

3. Cancellations

• Cancellation notified more than 40 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of amounts paid.
• Cancellation notified between 40 and 21 days before the arrival date: 50% of amounts paid will be withheld, and the remaining 50% refunded.
• Cancellation notified 20 days or less before the arrival date: no refund of amounts paid will be issued.

4. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Different times can be arranged upon request.

5. Guests

Only the guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay. Guest details will be requested for legal reporting obligations via the Alloggiati Web portal.

6. House rules

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The apartment must be left tidy; any damage will be charged.

7. Security deposit

At check-in, a security deposit of €300 will be requested, payable in cash. The deposit will be returned at check-out, after verifying the condition of the apartment and the absence of any damage.

8. Acceptance

Booking implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
